Aston Villa F.C. is a football club located in Birmingham, central England, founded in 1874. Its home ground is Villa Park Stadium in Birmingham and it currently competes in the English Premier League. Aston Villa is one of the oldest football teams in England, founded in the 1888 English Premier League and the 1992 English Premier League.
In the early years, Aston Villa won the English Premier League championship seven times and the English FA Cup seven times. Since the establishment of the Premier League, Villa has also been able to rank among the top teams for several seasons.
