Club America of Mexico isa professional football club based in Mexico City, Mexico. It was founded on October 12, 1916. Currently, it participates in the Mexican Primera Division and is one of the most popular and successful teams in Mexico. Its home ground is the Aztec Stadium, which is owned by Grupo Televisa. The current head coach is Miguel Herrera. The team's main colors are yellow and blue. The match against the strong team Guadalajara Athletic Football Club is regarded as the most important Derby in Mexico. It is nicknamed "Las Aguilas" (Eagles). Its main honors include 10 Mexican First Division championships, 5 CONCACAF Champions League championships and 2 Pan American Cup championships. It topped the Mexican Primera Division in the 2023-2024 season and ranked second in the Mexican League with 17 points in the 2025 season.

The club was formerly known as the "La Chona" team founded in 1916. It was renamed to its current name and joined the league in the same year. In 1926, it became the first Mexican team to compete abroad, and in 1959, Emilio Azka raga purchased its ownership. In the 1965-1966 season, they won their first league championship, and in 1987, they claimed their first-ever CONCACAF Champions League title. In 2006, he advanced to the quarter-finals of the Club World Cup. In August 2025, he signed French winger Alain Saint-Maximin.
