When can I receive my order?
Delivery to most physical addresses will be completed within 6 to 20 business days.
The following internal processing procedures will delay the shipment of your order:
Customized, deferred orders, and special orders.
Your entire order shipment will be based on the quantity of shirts in the order.
Usually, for shipments of less than 15 shirts or 3 kilograms, we will add an additional shipment for shipments exceeding 15 shirts or 3 kilograms.
What mode of transportation do you use?
We offer free China Post or regular shipping, and you can pay for expedited shipping to receive your package faster.
Can I send it to a post office box or a private mailbox address?
Fast shipping does not deliver to a post office box address, so you must provide an actual delivery address.
Are there any restrictions on your products in my country?
All countries regulate the quantity and types of goods that can be imported.
Sportswear is usually not considered a restricted item.
Do you collect taxes?
At checkout, we do not charge taxes on orders from any country, and if it is in an EU country, we have already paid the shipping tax in advance, so you can receive your item without any additional fees.
If your local customs officials also levy taxes including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges, you will be solely responsible for all taxes.
Can I return the item?
Please contact us before returning the item to estimate your return shipping cost.
What should I do if I am missing a product, or if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
Please accept our apologies for the mishandling of your order.
Just contact us and we will do our best to correct your order as soon as possible.
We can usually resend to New Jersey for free.
Do I need to pay any fees if I change my address while my package is in transit?
Yes, if you change the address, you will need to pay the relevant fees.
