When can I receive my order?
Delivery to most physical addresses will be completed within 5 to 20 business days.  
 
Customized or special order processing requires an additional 1-3 days.
 
Usually, each package contains less than 15 shirts or 3 kilograms. If the weight exceeds this limit, an additional package will be sent.
 
What should I do if I am missing a product or receive a defective or incorrect product?
 
Sometimes, due to force majeure or other reasons, packages may be lost and you may not receive anything.
 
In special circumstances, if the package is lost at customs.
 
Don't worry, we will resend your package for free and ensure that you receive it.
